The manager sends you an E-mail confirming that the request is received within 24 hours after receipt of your order (excluding weekends and public holidays in Russia). Our manager informs you about categories of rooms in the hotel you have chosen and helps you to set the final program of your visit. When this and the payment formalities are set you are sent a visa-support letter that you will need when making Russian visa (see Do I Need a Visa).

All foreign citizens are required to have entry visas to travel to the Russian Federation. To obtain Russian entry visas at your local Russian Embassy or Consulate, you will need a proper invitation. "Fremad Russia" is accredited by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and possesses the right to issue the visa invitations for individual tourists and groups. This depends only on your personal preferences. Summer is traditionally the high season for travelling in Russia which makes hotels much more expensive and museums full of tourists from very different parts of the world. If you want to see the famous White Nights of Saint-Petersburg and drawbridges open or the magnificent fountains of Peterhof you should certainly come in summer. If you come in winter you have a unique opportunity to enjoy the famous collection of the Hermitage Museum, Tretyakov Art Gallery or the world-known Amber Room in much more quiet and exclusive atmosphere. River Cruises are possible only from spring till the mid-autumn while the best Theatre Performances are presented from autumn till spring. Magnificent parks of the former Royal Residences are equally beautiful though very different in summer and in winter. So, we think that the best variant to travel to Russia is to come in summer and then come here again in winter. You will certainly not be disappointed and will love your visit in any season!

You can legally bring to Russia any amount of cash money, however you are required to declare a sum that is more than $3,000.
You can legally bring out of Russia up to $10,000 in cash. The sum larger than $3,000 is to be declared. If you brought a sum more than $3,000 into Russia and is planning to bring it back out of the country you should keep the entry-declaration document to ease the declaration procedures when leaving Russia.
